Description
I bought this 2 cylinder diesel four years ago to make a back up generator. Poor health has caused me to stop my project so it's time for me to clean out my shop. This diesel was used to charge batteries in the Amish county up north where they only use DC power. It has no hour meter on it but it cranks and runs good and it has so much compression you must use the compression release to get it to turn over. Not sure how old the engine is but I have owned it for 4 years and all it has done but collect dust on my shop floor. I crank it up about once every six months just because I like to hear it run. The paint looks good on the engine and the air filter was fairly clean when I bought it so it has been taken care of. I changed the oil and filter and flushed the radiator just to make sure it wouldn't freeze although it's keep in my shop not out side in the weather. It has an alternator, radiator, electric start, and a fuel tank. If you decide you want it I will crank the motor up and send you an e-mail short sound video to let you see the motor run and how nice it is. I will crate the engine up and take it to a trucking company so they can ship it to your front door. I ran the engine all day on my shop floor and it runs very good and smooth, no leaks and smokes very little after it warms up. Any questions please send them through e-bay. The engine is located on my farm 120 miles east of Atlanta Ga. So I can meet you at my farm if you want to hear it run before you buy or I can deliever it if it's not too far from 30817.
