I came up with the system because I change my curtains often and I didnt want to keep buying new ones everytime I wanted to change colors So I made a curtain that I could change the color and style without taking the curtain off the rod. I came up with three different designs. One design I came up with is a  removeable tab curtain. I made the curtain so that you would keep the main curtain and just remove the tabs on the top and the tie back and put different colors for example in the winter I use a burgundy tab and tie back and in the summer I change the tabs and tie backs to green. So the concept is: 1- you buy the main curtain. 2-when you want to change the color or style you only have to buy the tabs and tie-backs. This is the only style that requires the curtain to be removed from the rod. The other two styles DO NOT NEED TO BE REMOVED.  For example, the first three pictures, the main curtain stayed on the rod, I only change the tan topper to a green topper. Again the main curtain stays hanging on the wall.  I patented these curtains on June 15, 1999, So there is about 10 years left. I know that these curtains are a great idea because the cost would be minimal to the consumer. After the initial investment of the main curtain, you would only have to buy the accessories.(the tabs and tie back and toppers)  This  patent is never-ending as long as you keep designing new toppers to change with the current style. Example, the toppers can change from nursery to toddler to teen to adult just be changing the toppers.(like from bears to trains to teen novelty and so on). Keep in mind that  you dont have to buy the main curtain, you just buy the topper or tabs.The utility patent number is 5,911,265. I had taken these patents to many places who said that they would help me but my investment would be quite large. I do not have the funds to put into marketing, I never sold any of these curtains, the ones on the pictures are my proto-types that I had to make to submit to the patent-trademark company.
