Bell made grinder and can be researched through google for its history. This is one of the thickest wheels I've ever seen being an 1" thick.  This grinder is best carried by 2 people with its weight being 70 lbs and bulky. Wheel is huge 19" in diameter and unit stands 19" tall. Round feeder that is over 7" from outside to outside. This looks to have its original paint.
